Actually, delete my above comment if I have to wait for it to be moderated. If it was all about "the OBA is awesome", it will get published. If comments state something disparaging about the OBA, they won't be shown.

I hope Google kicks the living hell out of this MONOPOLY that is the OBA!!

Too much confusion?? Uh, the confusion is in the fact that the OBA is pissed off that THEY didn't do what Google is doing first! It's funny that the people who are miffed at Google are the one's that have a competing interest. Hmm, Microsoft, with ALL it's issues with Google. Amazon, with it's overpriced reader, overpriced books and it's NAZI way of controlling what is and isn't on THEIR reader.

It's all about the money.......

The Publishers Weekly survey is a very unscientific indication of actual attitudes and intentions about the Settlement.
What everyone needs to know ASAP is actual opt out figures. Opt outs presumably have been e filing and by mail with the Settlement Administrator
Rust Consulting in Minneapolis. Can't anyone get current opt out numbers released before the Oct.7th fairness hearing??
